*All individual members and employees of corporate members of CEDA are eligible for registration at the member’s rate
**Student registration is only accepted on receipt of a copy of the student card
Free student registrations

Cancellation policy registration
Only written cancellation of participation is accepted. Cancellations received before 1 March 2026 will qualify for a refund of the registration fee. Refunds will not be granted after this date. However, substitutions may be made at any time.
Registration fees do not include any form of insurance. CEDA and Minten Projectmanagement accept no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur in connection with the conference. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance in their country of residence.
